Ingrid Rinck (born April 24, 1981) is an enigma with only a few details about her early years. Her father, Gary Rinck, who used to own a restaurant, greatly influenced her. The two teamed up on Rinck Packaging, a facility that supported Sensible Meals, a meal prep service that Ingrid founded.

Ingrid’s passion for health and wellness was sparked at 15 when she took a fitness class. Just a year later, she was already teaching the same class, completing over two decades of fitness training and picking up more than 40 certifications.

In 2014, Ingrid reached a turning point in her life when her son Rock was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This inspired her to start preparing meals for Rock, which led to the creation of Sensible Meals.

She set up Sensible Meals, a company that makes portion-controlled meals, and it was a big hit. In addition to Sensible Meals, Ingrid expanded her fitness empire in January 2021 with the launch of The Rinck Routine.

This virtual workout class, featuring yoga, Pilates, and dance, was designed to bring Ingrid back to her dance and fitness roots. Each routine lasts about an hour and a half; the subscription costs around $150 a month.
