Since 2013, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have lived in an impressive penthouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The couple bought the townhouse on East 76th Street for $27 million from fashion mogul Luca Orlandi and his wife, supermodel Oluchi Onweagba.

Kelly and Mark relocated to the impressive 7,796-square-foot mansion after the TV star noted that their previous residence on Crosby Street in SoHo must be fixed. By the time they listed the property in 2015, it had sold for $20 million, although the original asking price was $24.5 million.

The New York Daily News reports that the house was built in 1882 and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Home for the Holidays

In 2021, Kelly and Mark decorated a gorgeous Christmas tree with colorful lights and ornaments. The couple even dressed their dogs in matching holiday sweaters for fun festivities. 

In addition to the spacious living areas, the All My Children alums’ penthouse features two fireplaces, a stylish rooftop garden, an elevator, and much more.
