Rachael and her husband are currently enjoying a well-deserved vacation on the picturesque Italian island of Elba. Sharing photos and videos from their trip, Rachael expressed her joy, saying, “This Labor Day weekend was the first I didn’t work at all in years! I’ve been working hard since I was 12. @johnmcusimano and I had a great time in Elba. We were delighted. “I’m grateful for hard work, but it’s good to relax.”
But the culinary star hasn’t only been on vacation! Rachael has also worked on her passion project. She is helping Ukraine. In June, she went to Ukraine for the fifth time. She taught cooking classes at a youth center and donated equipment to a health center. She has also worked with brands like Laura Lorento and DelBrenna Jewelry to create products, with proceeds going to the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America and the Unbroken Rehabilitation Center.
