After her brother Gianni died in 1997, Donatella Versace took charge of the famous fashion brand and became its Vice President and principal designer. In 2005, Lady Versace admitted that she had had a cocaine addiction for quite a long time. Her friend Elton John advised her to seek therapy to correct the addiction, and she checked herself into rehab soon after.

Continued drug and alcohol dependence led Britney Spears to a mental breakdown in 2007. This was around the same time as her court battle with her ex-husband over the custody of their child. Thankfully, she went to rehab and had therapy, and is doing well now.

Tara Reid and her dreamy eyes won many hearts for her role in American Pie. Recently, she started losing weight very fast, and this caused quite a few headaches for her fans. Rumors pointed to anorexia and eating disorders. However, Tara Reid flatly denied such issues and said the disorder she was suffering from was genetic. She also refused treatment and therapy. Maybe we missed our chance to see the Tara Reid of old.

Macaulay Culkin – Drug Addiction: 

If you do not believe your own eyes, this is the same Macaulay Culkin from Home Alone. Alongside addiction, Culkin has his fair share of domestic violence that contributed to his present visage. He did undertake therapy on several occasions, but even after all the treatment and interventions, he was always somewhat under the influence. There were also some rumors about heroin.
