Celebrities often avoid discussing aging and cosmetic surgery. Despite this, it’s common in Hollywood. 

From Botox to breast implants, here’s how some celebrities have transformed to stay young.

Tori Spelling – 51

American actress and author Tori Spelling started her career at 17 in Beverly Hills, 90210. For her role, she was nominated for two awards. People have speculated about how many plastic surgeries she’s had, but only a nose job and breast implants have been confirmed.

Lindsay Lohan – 38

Lindsay Lohan was a child star in the Disney classic The Parent Trap in 1998. She also starred in Get a Clue and Freaky Friday. Her busy life in the industry took a toll on her. She has had a few rehabs.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn thinks she’s had much work done. 

Britney Spears – 42

Britney Spears has been famous since her “Baby One More Time” hit. Spears has been in the news as long as she’s been famous. People think she’s had work done because she looks younger.

She’s had lip fillers, but she won’t say if she’s had a nose job or breast enlargement. 

Dolly Parton – 78

Dolly Parton is an American icon known for her blonde bombshell look and country sweetheart style. She loves plastic surgery and talks about it. In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, she said she likes to look glamorous like a country girl and is happy to change her appearance to look more beautiful.

Her doctor says she’s had a breast augmentation, a brow lift, eyelid surgery, breast implants, rhinoplasty, and a chin modification. 

Donatella Versace – 69

Donatella Versace is an Italian fashion designer, model, businesswoman, and socialite. She is the sister of Gianni Versace, who founded Versace. After her brother died, she took over the company, and since then, she has changed her look.

Versace said she’s only had Botox. However, she’s had more than that. At first, it made her look younger, but it got out of hand.

Cher – 78

The Goddess of Pop is known for her distinctive voice and unique style. She has had a great, successful career for about six decades. Some celebrities don’t discuss cosmetic surgeries, but the iconic singer has been open about hers.

She said she had a bad experience with breast surgery. She kept getting more procedures done. She’s had a facelift, nose job, and dental work. 

Jocelyn Wildenstein – 85

American billionaire socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein has had a significant change in appearance. She is known for her high-profile separation from Alec Wildenstein, extravagant lifestyle, and catlike appearance. After separating from her ex-husband, she ruined her finances despite receiving $2.5 billion.

A judge ruled she couldn’t use her alimony for more cosmetic surgery.

Mickey Rourke – 71

Actor and former boxer Mickey Rourke is a Hollywood chameleon. After acting, Rourke returned to boxing because he felt he was self-destructing. He had so many boxing injuries that he had to have facial reconstruction surgery.

He kept having work done until he looked completely different. Experts believe he’s had hair transplants and facelifts. 

Patricia Heaton – 66

Patricia Heaton, the star of Everybody Loves Raymond, is a successful TV host and actress who has been in the spotlight for years. 

Heaton has talked about her time with plastic surgeons. After having four kids, she got breast implants and a tummy tuck. She says it makes her feel more confident.

Wayne Newton – 82

Like many stars, Newton had plastic surgery to stay young. Fans say it did more harm than good. He had so many changes done that he looked unnatural. Newton was on The Bachelorette in 2018, teaching contestants to write songs and perform in Vegas.
