Top Countries for Pretty Girls

Mihaela Noroc is a photographer from Romania who quit her job to travel the world. She believes beauty is diversity and wants to change people’s ideas about beauty. Here is a collection of her photos of women worldwide, showing no set beauty standards. We hope you enjoy it and get inspired.

Timisoara, Romania.

Some women worldwide don’t even get to study in a school their entire lives, but this young woman recently graduated. Here, Alice is celebrating her high school graduation with a determined look in her eye.

Pushkar, India. When you visit India, you get a chance to meet free-thinking women who have started to stand up for themselves.

There’s something beautiful in the country’s chaotic lifestyle, and it’s great to see women in India joining the public forces.

Baltic Sea, Finland.

Finland is one of the world’s leading countries regarding gender equality.

Here, you can see a strong, independent woman who’s ambitious and knows what she wants to achieve.

Lisbon, Portugal.

Here’s another example of diversity. You can see a strong young woman with passion in her eyes. Her name is Daniela, and she’s from Lisbon but has Angolan roots. The photographer enjoyed walking around Lisbon and meeting women from different backgrounds.

Medellin, Colombia.

The media tends to focus on how Colombian women are obsessed with clothes, hair, make-up, and sky-high heels, but the photographer was able to show the true beauty of Colombian women.

Reykjavik, Iceland.

Iceland is world-famous for its stunning natural beauty, and the women there are gorgeous too.

This woman here is Thorunn, and she’s doing an excellent job of bringing women together in the country via a popular online community.

And here’s Thorunn, who’s doing a great job getting women in Riga, Latvia, together online.

Gender equality questions are a relatively new concept in Latvia. When Latvia regained independence in 1990, it’s probably why gender equality is a new concept there.

This woman here is self-motivated and determined to live as an independent woman.

Milan, Italy.

These two strong women are mother and daughter, with this rebellious look in their eyes.

The daughter’s name is Caterina, and she’s a ballerina. Her mum, Barbara, is her biggest supporter in the world.

Baku, Azerbaijan.

The photographer captured women in Baku who live in a male-dominated society. Nowadays, more and more women in Azerbaijan are fighting for gender equality.

Here’s Fidan, an absolute powerhouse who clarifies that she will not settle for anything less than equal treatment and respect.

And in Switzerland, it’s all about the ladies.

These two sisters, Patricia and Rebecca, are equally beautiful (they’re a year apart).

The photographer spotted them at Zürich Central Station and was drawn to their mesmerizing beauty.
